Having agreed suitable companies to target, we will begin the task of identifying individuals using our own in-house research and our network of industry contacts. We will then make discreet approaches on your behalf and begin the process of selecting suitable candidates for short-listing.
In selecting candidates we qualify personal factors such as preferred company culture, current career options, daily working environment and their preferred management style to name but a few. Understanding which aspects of their current role they enjoy and which they would alter given the choice, will determine how we select the right individuals to opportunities.
We will manage the likely counter-offer and ensure a smooth on-boarding of individuals, maintaining a close dialogue post start date to ensure both candidate and client are completely happy in their respective choices.
