Candidates should have experience of telecoms regulations with a strong cultural awareness  (China, Japan, Korea, or Indonesia); outstanding communication skills, diplomacy and cultural awareness with analytical and negotiation skills. 

Professional/working knowledge of, at least one major Asian language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indonesian etc.) would be highly beneficial. Job Role:
