“Finding the Fit” describes our whole ethos as a company. We promote it in our strapline – but it’s more than a marketing slogan.
When we talk to individuals, we go beyond what they’ve done and where they want to go. We try to understand what truly motivates them; what drives them to succeed. Likewise, we look at our clients’ assignments in an all-round way. Here’s how we approach this:
We invest considerable time in developing a skills profile for the ‘ideal’ candidate using our wealth of past experience, industry knowledge and market data. Time and time again, we see our input and collaboration enabling the employer to revisit the role itself, introducing new skills or expertise that will bring new benefit to their business.
An individual’s motivations and drivers are key to the transition from new employee into high performing team member. Recognising this, we look to understand the key traits of existing high performers within the business to build a profile of the right person. This allows us to tailor our screening to identify those individuals most likely to succeed.
For any new team member to flourish they need the conditions, environment and support that are right for them. We place great emphasis on understanding the working culture and environment of our client organisations. Site visits, vacancy briefings, getting to know the existing team – essential knowledge to inform our ultimate goal: to identify the people most likely to thrive.
