We invest considerable time in developing a skills profile for the ‘ideal’ candidate using our wealth of past experience, industry knowledge and market data. Recognising this, we look to understand the key traits of existing high performers within the business to build a profile of the right person. This allows us to tailor our screening to identify those individuals most likely to succeed.

Culture Fit

For any new team member to flourish they need the conditions, environment and support that are right for them. We place great emphasis on understanding the working culture and environment of our client organisations. Site visits, vacancy briefings, getting to know the existing team – essential knowledge to inform our ultimate goal: to identify the people most likely to thrive.
