Founder & Director - Andrew Medhurst
Andrew undertook an Engineering Apprenticeship and served 5 years in the Royal Navy, before joining the Government’s Property Services Agency and then embarking on a career in telecoms, first joining Mercury Communications and then Infonet UK. Andrew joined the recruitment sector in 1998 with The Synergy Group to develop their new Communications Division, before leaving in 2002 to form Inspire People. Andrew lives in Broadstairs with his young family and is an avid supporter of Arsenal Football Club and less than avid member of Broadstairs Sailing Club.
Director - Huck Auluck
Huck has extensive telecoms sales experience which began with Mercury Communications in 1988 and has worked in fixed, satellite and mobile telecoms markets. Over the last 20 years Huck has built a large network of contacts within the telecoms sector. Huck joined Inspire in 2006 and became a Director in 2008 responsible for recruitment delivery and client account management. Huck lives in West London and spends his spare time as one of the trio of creative forces behind the band "The Ferocious Ladoos".
Company Secretary & Finance Manager - Helen Biglan
Helen left school to pursue a career in the insurance industry before jetting off for New York for 2 years and returning to the UK to join Harrods, where she spent over 10 years within Men's Fashion. Helen progressed from the shop floor to Head Buyer, responsible for multi-million pound targets and budgets. Helen is responsible for the financial operations of the company and when she is not cracking the whip at work Helen is cracking the whip at home, juggling life between her day job and her two young children.
Non-Executive Director - Patrick Hanlon
Patrick set up The Synergy Group in 1997 and has worked in the Recruitment industry for almost 20 years starting as a canvasser with Malla in 1989. Since leaving school Patrick has helped establish two successful recruitment businesses with a total turnover in excess of £100 million. As a serial entrepreneur and recruitment industry leader, Patrick’s role is to provide Inspire with his invaluable business experience. Patrick lives in Hastings, where he can often be found behind the bar at his latest venture, The Cinque Port Arms in Hastings Old Town.
Non-Executive Director - Keith Westcott
Keith is a telecoms industry veteran, having worked for AT&T, KPNQwest, VIA Networks and Global Crossing, where Keith was the VP of Wholesale Markets for EMEA. Keith was invited to join Inspire as a NED in 2009 to provide market insight and recently took up a new challenge as the Sales & Marketing Director for the UK satellite provider Avanti Communications. Keith lives in Surrey, where he tends to his extensive wine cellar and provides part-time taxi services to his teenage children.
