Background:
Recently acquired by and folded into Telent Technology Services, Telindus UK is a name synonymous with excellence in the provision of ICT solutions to the Enterprise, Public Sector and Service Provider marketplaces. Telent came to Telindus in order to significantly increase its ability to deliver end-to-end ICT and IP Networking solutions and to bring in additional expertise in delivering Cisco and Juniper Networks solutions.
The Brief:
Since 2006, we've worked with this client to complement the longstanding technical expertise of its UK workforce with a drive to recruit commercially focussed ICT professionals across varying disciplines. They needed a recruitment partner that truly understood their marketplace and that could provide a professional service in an honest and approachable manner – and Inspire People were a natural choice.
The Solution:
Since our very first assignment, we've used a mixed methodology in sourcing candidates, including headhunting, on-line advertising and social media. We've introduced a multitude of extremely highly-skilled individuals for some very difficult-to-fill roles. And paramount in our minds has been the need to identify those individuals who are the right "Cultural Fit" for our clients.
We've successfully introduced across Sales & Marketing, Operations, Legal and Professional Services teams. In addition, we've completed a number of specialist consultancy assignments, including an External Skills Analysis and Bid Management advice.
We even found the energy to join the Tour Telindus cycle challenge from Camberley to Brussels to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, a fantastic and memorable event.
