Our Specialisms
We recruit across digital, data and technology (“DDaT”) professions. Software engineering, cloud, data and analytics, cybersecurity, infrastructure and networking, enterprise architecture, and digital and user experience. Permanent appointments, SC and DV cleared contractors, executive search to board level, and Statement of Work delivery.
We do that work for UK public bodies, for the private sector technology and service providers delivering into them, and for the healthtech innovators and research organisations building for the NHS. All three share a set of conditions: high scrutiny, complex delivery, governance, and a shortage of talent that is both technically strong and suited to the environment.

Andrew Medhurst, who leads our consulting practice, brings more than twenty-eight years of experience supporting public sector, health and technology organisations. Together with a growing team of consultants, we help clients access the digital, data and technology expertise needed to deliver critical services and transformation programmes.

Since embarking on his technology career 28 years ago, Andrew’s first passion has always been people and the positive impact technology can bring to society, working with UK Public Sector bodies and Healthtech companies.
Andrew has a passion for music and hosts his weekly Friday Funk & Soul Show on local and Totally Wired Radio (TWR), playing vinyl sets at gigs/festivals and is a season ticket holder at Arsenal FC.

James leads all creative design and development. A branding specialist who has spent over twenty years creating lasting brand experiences, James helps our customers bring their employer branding to life through identity, marketing, advertising, environmental, web, video, content and print design.
In his spare time James enjoys playing table tennis, is an aspiring Swingball pro and most of all loves playing games and spending time with his young family.

Jon spent twelve years growing his last Recruitment business before shifting his talent into the creative world of video production, where he now helps some of the UK's biggest and most recognised brands super charge their hiring with the power of EVP video content.
Jon is a big Liverpool FC fan, loves the gym (well most days anyway) and he loves a ten-mile walk with his two dogs Nellie and Scoobie.
