Andrew Medhurst
Head of Consulting
Since embarking on his recruitment career 28 years ago, Andrew’s first passion has always been people and the positive impact technology can bring to society, working with UK Public Sector bodies and Healthtech companies.
Andrew has a passion for music and hosts his weekly Friday Funk & Soul Show on local and Totally Wired Radio (TWR), playing vinyl sets at gigs/festivals (when asked!).
Alison Whitehead
Principal Consultant
Alison has over 25 years experience sourcing Tech talent up to C-Level and joined Inspire People having previously acted as an external coach to the Inspire team, acting as an independent sounding board and enabling accelerated growth of new Associates within our Talent practice.
Alison has a passion for working with Public Bodies and HealthTech companies, and when not helping Tech Leaders meet their goals, she is an avid sea swimmer off her native Ramsgate coastline.

Zee is genuinely passionate about working with organisations whose technology or purpose has a positive impact, connecting Senior Technology professionals in the Public Sector.
In her spare time Zee is a ninja table tennis player and league winning squash player, who is highly competitive!
Keesha Paulsen

Keesha builds networks and relationships with tech talent and expert communities, supporting customers’ hiring managers and alongside internal recruitment teams.
When not proactively building talent pools at work, Keesha loves charity work and spending her free time giving back to marginalised communities in her native Cape Town.
Jonathan Foyne
Chief Videographer
Jon spent twelve years growing his last Recruitment business before shifting his talent into the creative world of video production, where he now helps some of the UK's biggest and most recognised brands super charge their hiring with the power of video content.
Jon is a big Liverpool FC fan, loves the gym (well most days anyway) and he loves a ten-mile walk with his two dogs Nellie and Scoobie.
James Vigar
Creative Design & Brand Consultant
James leads all creative design and development. A branding specialist who has spent over twenty years creating lasting brand experiences through identity, marketing, advertising, environmental, web, video, content and print design.
In his spare time James enjoys playing table tennis, is an aspiring Swingball pro and most of all loves playing games and spending time with his young family.
