  • Bring together a joined-up view of business processes that may impact multiple business areas, for example process hierarchies and traceability to other artefacts.
  • Review business processes before they are sent to senior stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency and alignment to wider strategic aims.
  • Run the end-to-end approach to business process analysis and design on the Project.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of showing strong career development as a Process Expert

  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams to map complex processes, identifying pain points and bottlenecks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels including leading workshops with senior stakeholders to extract key information.
  • Experience of managing complexity, change and having an awareness of the associated technical impacts to the organisation
  • Highly collaborative attitude and team working skills to facilitate expert opinions (such as with Architects, security consultants, Technology domain leads etc.) communicating these to functional, non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task and work in an environment with multiple reporting lines.
  • Process Certifications (Six Sigma / Lean or equivalent)

In addition to the base salary of £80,000, you can expect a planned, transparent progression with learning and development tailored to your role, and a culture encouraging inclusion and diversity, plus the following benefits:
